Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.

The brain does not just magically think thoughts and beat you down, emotionally abuse you, bring up memories you don’t want to think about nonstop, create imaginary “what if” scenarios all day long, or judge you nonstop all on its own. Something is causing that.
Mental illness doesn’t exist in the manner people believe it does so standard care techniques will never work and will always prove false and ineffective.
